Under the direct supervision of Dean of Faculty of Education at Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr. Sattar Hameed Hamza Al-Janabi, complaint and suggestion boxes were established for the faculty, in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Dharham Sami Abdul Amir.

This step was taken as part of the college dean’s efforts to promote transparency and constructive communication between students and teaching and administrative staff, and to listen to the suggestions and complaints in order to contribute in developing academic and administrative work.

The suitable places for the boxes have been determined where one placed in the courtyard of department of biology and the other one is in the college library opposite the Physics Hall, so that they are easily accessible to students and staff who wish to submit their comments and suggestions with ease and privacy.

Assistant Lecturer, Obayes Al-Jalihawi, Director of Division of Information and Official Communication, and Assistant Lecturer, Fatima Saeed Hamza Al-Khalidi, Director of Women’s Affairs Unit, have been tasked with continuously monitoring the suggestions and complaints and submitting them to the college dean to take appropriate action.

The Deanship of the College of Education emphasizes that this initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to provide a positive university environment based on discussion, interaction, and shared responsibility among all college staff and students.
