Professor Dr. Nabeel Abbas Uraibi, a professor in the Department of Physics\/College of Education at Al-Qadisiyah University, was selected as a member of a ministerial committee responsible for developing a doctoral study in the Department of Physics at the College of Education at the University of Mosul. The committee also takes over the field detection to review the material and human capabilities and the availability of the conditions stipulated in the instructions for postgraduate studies regarding innovation.
